REFUNDS

Items purchased from Implicit Apparel may be returned for refund or store credit within 10 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*If a product is individually marked as final sale, that voids the standard return policy.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for the return postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS OR GIFT CARDS

All items purchased at a discounted price are final sale. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, items purchased using sale codes and gift cards.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns or exchanges unless you received a defective item or a product other than what you ordered.

If you have a defective item or received the wrong product, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label upon approval. We will also waive the standard shipping fee on your replacement item. Please contact info@implicitapparel.com if you have additional questions.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us at info@implicitapperal.com, within 10 days, for return instructions. Once the item is approved and you have been refunded, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

I SENT BACK MY RETURN/EXCHANGE AND I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING

Please be assured, your return will be processed.  Multiple emails for the same inquiry may slow down the process. When shipping items back to us, be sure to record the tracking info.  This will help you check the status of the return shipment.  Once your return is received, we will typically process your return within 2-3 business days.

REFUND PROCESS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or issued a gift card; your choice! Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
